Today's Diet etc

Not too bad considering I feel like crap 'cause I've now caught the viral cold that James was dying from (lol) and poor angel baby Rex has been coping with as best he can. He's such a little trooper.

Pre-Breakfast
3 Cups of tea (not real good)

Breakfast
Quick Loss Shake with water (would taste better with milk, but then wouldn't everything)
Multi V tablet

Morning Tea
Garden Greens Berry Splash - Drink (quite tasty, obviously berry with an undertone of dirt lol)

Lunch
Quick Loss Drink with water

Arvo
Tea and 2 x biscuits - I actually forgot I was dieting would you believe...no...oh well ;-)

Dinner
This is wear it all goes wrong - James is cooking most nights. He decided to buy a rack of lamb yesterday so he put it on to bake at 6.30pm (sigh) along with potatoes and sweet potato. I was starving so to eat in the meantime he made a mushroom and ham pizza. So all in all not so good. Will definitely need to get more organised for dinners and if James is to continue cooking I'll need to re-train him. He needs to lose about 10kg himself so it will be good for the both of us. We know what to do we just have to try harder, and since the baby came along we've been going the simple solution easy to prepare way, like shove a frozen pie & chips in the oven. Mind you shoving a chicken breast in the oven to bake can't be that much harder can it?!

In between all meals I had too many cups of tea, probably totalled 8 for the day. This has become my coping mechanism for being bored and confused being at home with the baby.

I had to cancel training with Vicki as even though I still felt like training with her, I didn't want to spread my germs. The last thing she needs is a cold. She suggested I exercise myself on my x-trainer, which is called Morris (will explain in another post) and do some fit ball work. Well Morris is covered in dust and surrounded by crap and my fit ball is shoved under the house somewhere. I need James help to recover both and by the time he got home it was dark and raining and well that was that....

Will do better tomorrow, oh and I weigh myself everyday contrary to what "they" all say you should.
